چکیده

The structure of a cotangent bundle is investigated for quantum linear groups GLq(n) and SLq(n). Using a q-version of the Cayley-Hamilton theorem we construct an extension of the algebra of differential operators on SLq(n) (otherwise called the Heisenberg double) by spectral values of the matrix of right invariant vector fields. We consider two applications for the spectral extension. First, we describe the extended Heisenberg double in terms of a new set of generators — the Weyl partners of the spectral variables. Calculating defining relations in terms of these generators allows us to derive SLq(n) type dynamical R-matrices in a surprisingly simple way. Second, we calculate an evolution operator for the model of q-deformed isotropic top introduced by A.Alekseev and L.Faddeev. The evolution operator is not uniquely defined and we present two possible expressions for it. The first one is a Riemann theta function in the spectral variables. The second one is an almost free motion evolution operator in terms of logarithms of the spectral variables. Relation between the two operators is given by a modular functional equation for Riemann theta function. Date: December 11, 2008. 0 SPECTRAL EXTENSION OF THE QUANTUM GROUP COTANGENT BUNDLE 1

It it known that to get the usual Hamiltonian formulation of lattice Yang-Mills theory in the temporal gauge A 0 = 0 one should place on every link the cotangent bundle of a Lie group. The cotangent bundle may be considered as a limiting case of a so called Heisenberg double of a Lie group which is one of the basic objects in the theory of Lie-Poisson and quantum groups. It is shown in the pape...

Inflation and Global Equivalence

This article investigates an extension of General Relativity based upon a class of lifted metrics on the cotangent bundle of space-time. The dynamics of the theory is determined by a fixed section of the cotangent bundle, representing the momentum of a fluid flow, and Einstein’s equations for the fluid applied to the induced space-time metric on the submanifold of the cotangent bundle defined b...

Elliptic Calogero-Moser System From Two Dimensional Current Algebra

We show that elliptic Calogero-Moser system and its Lax operator found by Krichever can be obtained by hamiltonian reduction from the integrable hamiltonian system on the cotangent bundle to the central extension of the algebra of slN (C) currents. ∗email: [email protected] [email protected]

Quantization of Spectral Curves for Meromorphic Higgs Bundles through Topological Recursion

A geometric quantization using the topological recursion is established for the compactified cotangent bundle of a smooth projective curve of an arbitrary genus. In this quantization, the Hitchin spectral curve of a rank 2 meromorphic Higgs bundle on the base curve corresponds to a quantum curve, which is a Rees D-module on the base. The topological recursion then gives an all-order asymptotic ...

On the BKS Pairing for Kähler Quantizations of the Cotangent Bundle of a Lie Group

A natural one-parameter family of Kähler quantizations of the cotangent bundle T ∗K of a compact Lie group K, taking into account the half-form correction, was studied in [FMMN]. In the present paper, it is shown that the associated Blattner-Kostant-Sternberg (BKS) pairing map is unitary and coincides with the parallel transport of the quantum connection introduced in our previous work, from th...
